Jobs can be found in two basic arenas:

• The public jobs market


• The hidden jobs opening

The public jobs market – This market consist of all the jobs that are openly proclaimed. You learn about the job through Adverts in Newspapers and Magazines or from jobs employment Agencies or jobs executive search firms.

The hidden jobs opening – This opening represents all the jobs that are not publicly announced. Sometime these jobs haven’t even been identified yet by the prospective employer. It is a key market because more than half the jobs available come from this arena. Some of the jobs vacancies are filled by the company’s own employees, while some of the jobs are from the employers’ network. But many of the jobs are filled by persons like you who appear at "the right time".
