JOB POSITIONS:

MARKETING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

REQUIRMENTS:The candidate will have direct responsibility for business development and marketing product management brand image and communication,customer service and customer care management and supervitions.The incumbent must be a holder of B.Sc/HND in Economics,Accounting,Marketing,Business,
finance or orther related filds with minimum of {8} years experience in marketing and advertising or public relations for financial sector institutions with at least [4] years experience in a management position with in-depth knowledge of low income market bracket.

PRODUCT MANAGERS-LOAN/SAVINGS

REQUIRMENTS:The candidate for this position will have responsibility for finding opportunities in the marketing of the bank's products and services.And will also develope innovative marketing programmes.The incumbent must be a holder of B.Sc/HND in Economics,Accounting,Marketing,Business, Banking or orther related filds with minimum of {5} years experience in marketing and advertising or public relations for financial sector institutions with at least [4] years experience in a management position with in-depth knowledge of low income market bracket and competitive analysis.

BRANCH MANAGERS

REQUIRMENTS:The ideal candidates will provide management expertise at the branch level giving apprpriate and adequate support to Branch Staff by ensuring that both the short and long term Branch goals are achieved.Candidate must be a holder of B.Sc/HND in business,finance, accounting,Economics or other numerate discipline with minimum of [7] years working experience in delivering financial products in a financial institution three of which must be at the branch manager level.
