HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER JOB AT ECOWAS BANK(Job Grade P4-1)
Responsibilities:
The successful job candidate will be under the Head of the Human Resources Division, assist in implementing the human resources management job policy of the Bank in area of job staff training and management of social issues.
Job experience and skills:
Bachelor's Degree, MBA or its equivalent in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Law or Management;At least 7 years professional job experience in similar post;Familiarity with all the tools and techniques in human resources management;Ability to identify needs and and adapting them to suit solutions proposed;Good analytical mind, sense of organization and be able to work as member of a team;Good sense of judgement and initiative;Ability to establish and nurture good working relations with job colleagues and the rest of personnel from different countries and cultural background.
Job Candidates must be:
Nationals of ECOWAS Member States
Not more than 40 years old;
computer literate (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Fluent in French and/or English and/or Portuguese, and proficient in one of the other two languages.
