ICT FOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME MANAGER(ICT4D)

Job purpose:

In KIMBERLY RAYAN PLC, ICT4D manager will develop and implement programs and initiatives that leverage ICTS available for companies and 7 point agenda,State gorvernment,NGOs,Multinational Donor Agencies and other Stakeholders.

Job responsibilities:

Promote job business opportunities and Develop ICT related partinership with Donor.

Prepare job project proposals including detailed budgets.

Develop ICT4D job strategies and action plans.

Job knowledge,skills and experience:

Graduate degree in a relevant field (poblic policy,law,information systems or technology;

ICT engineering,economics or related field.

6 years related job experience and job experience in programm development and implementation.
