Aids Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN) is a Non-Governmental donor-funded organization rededicated to the prevention, treatment, care and support of HIV/AIDS in Nigeria Since 2001. Aids Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN) has worked closely with key stockholders, including government agencies, Universities, other non-governmental organizations and donor to fight HIV/AIDS scourge. Aids Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN’s) goal is not just to reduce the rate of growth of HIV/AID EPIDEMIC IN Nigeria, but also to ultimately reverse its course. Aids Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN’s) prevention, treatment and care support which span thirty-seven sites in nine states of the federation are coordinated by Aids Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN’s) Office in Abuja. Aids Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN’s) expansion has brought about staff redeployment. APIN is therefore inviting application for the position of:

VACANCIES POSITION: FRONT DESK OFFICER
JOBS QUALIFICATION:
Degree in Social Science, Humanities and minimum of 3 years experience in a non-governmental organization, computer literate

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and attend to visitors and guest as well as manage enquiries by providing responses or routing them to relevant staff members


• Manage official incoming and outgoing telephone calls, dispatch and receive mails through courier companies


• Maintain contact details of staff members and site officials in Aids Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN)


• Produce electronic copies of document by scanning


• Assist in the preparation for and reporting on, training programmes in Aids Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN)
