Qualification(s)

* University degree in science, arts or accounting

Job Experience & skills

* Previous experience managing a company at an operational level with decision making capability
* Previous experience with full ownership and line management accountability for profit and loss account as well as Balance sheet
* Experience with people management and HR related issues from a management perspective
* Experience with corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting- short, medium and long term
* Experience and familiarity with corporate governance, ethics and values for corporate organizations
* Experience with tax related issues (corporate and payee), insurance, liabilities, contracting and compliance for corporate entities
* Good organization skills, with strong communication and people skills
* Excellent use of IT tools and office software suites like Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word or similar suites
* Familiarity with graphics, design, web portals, advertising and entertainment industry would be a bonus
* Ability to develop, justify and execute a bankable business plan
* Active working experience of minimum 10 years with at least 5 years in management position
