PRODUCING A PERFECT JOB RESUME
- Write your own job resume perfectly.
- Have single resume, if possible, to support your job search efforts.
- Start by developing a job resume in the standard reverse chronological format.
- Keep your job resume simple and straightforward.
- Your name, address, and telephone number(s).
- Your e-mail address if you have one and can be reliable in contacting you job objective (optional).

- Limit your resume to two pages or less.

- Avoid the common mistakes of having your resume read like a job description.
- Omit any negative aspects of your work history, education, skills, and personal life also eliminated items that are irrelevant and might even disqualify you.
- Be honest in your job resume, present your self accurately, but focus on the positive.
- Include important points in your job resume rather than writing them in your job cover letter.
- Remember that anything you put on your job resume might be a topic or conversation in an interview.
- Never date your job resume.
