SERVICE ACCOUNT CONSULTANT:

Job Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for the assigned account by handling all aspects of IT technical job support and maintaining an excellent level of customer service at all times.He/She will also provide overall management for the account in terms of account term job relationship,core renewal business,new service business and job advanced services.

Job Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science with 9-11 years job experience in the area of IT service delivery and/or the maintenance of computer software/hardware and peripherals.

Should have hands on job experience in leading and managing all services related to maintenance of IT contracts and IT Applications support of assigned accounts.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
