Job position : Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Role of Operation: the person must have:
Strong decision making qualities, Team work and interpersonal skills, Oral and written communication skills, Creativity, Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and implement of performance management are required in Cyberspace Network Limited

Responsibilities:

• Development of HR planning strategies in line with the overall company strategies


• Ensure implementation of the organizations policy on recruitment performance and staff exits


• Oversea the conducting of training needs analysis and induction program for new staff in Cyberspace Network Limited


• Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the Cyberspace Network Limited

Qualifications:
B.Sc in Social Science, PGD in Human Resources Management, Relevant professional/post graduate qualification will be an added advantage e.g. NIM, CIPMN.

Experience:
1-3 years experience with at least 2 years leading a HR/Administrative function.
