Job Responsibilities:

The appointee will be required to act as team member for efficient execution of Annual Delivery Program (ADP) and Specific Delivery Schedule (SDS) for LNG cargoes while assisting in maintaining LNG vessels operational records.

Duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and work instructions for effective execution of Annual Delivery Programmes, ( ADP),Specific Delivery Schedule (SDS) and Terminal Berthing Schedules (TBS) for the NLNG fleet
.

• Issue Voyage instructions and revisions for NLNG Chartered fleet in accordance with SDS, Berthing Schedules Chatterers Institution and relevant sections of the Sales and purchase agreements (SPAs)
.

• Assists in sending regular update to Vessels Masters, Owners/Fleet Managers on the requirements for each Voyage in line with NLNG buyers and terminal requirement
.

• Monitoring and Analysis of vessels bunker requirements and ensures safe and efficient bunker delivery for the vessels
.

Qualifications:The right candidates should

• Possess Bachelors degrees in Shipping Studies, Engineering, Law or Social Sciences, with minimum of Second Class (Upper Division), a professional qualification in commercial shipping, member of Chartered ship broken, Institute of transport or other Marine Navigation or Marine Engineering will be an added advantage
.

• 1-3 years experience in commercial shipping (from non –sea going persons) or 1-3 years sea-going experience on LNG carriers
.

• Possess excellent communication skills and not more than 30 years old of age
