As a rapid growth, Swift Networks are in search of exceptional individuals to join Swift Networks’ team of young , smart and talented people in the position of: ASSISTANCE GENERAL MANAGER (AGM) CONSUMER SALES in Swift Networks Limited.

JOB VACANCY POSITION: Assistance General Manager-Consumer Sales
OBJECTIVES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Swift Networks’ market position (revenue, market share and brand strength) in the consumer sector by providing leadership to a team of sales persons focused on distribution and retail selling of Swift Networks’ products. Candidate will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and subscriber growth within personal, home, small and medium business segments.

KEY OUTPUTS FOR THE JOBS

• Design and execute a robust retail sales and distribution strategy that include point of sales communications, consumer contact programmes to maximize consumer exposure, build brand image and encourage purchase in Swift Networks Limited


• Establish, identify, recruit, manage and maintain close working relationship with dealer outlets in order to gain high levels of support and loyalty for Swift Networks’ products


• Work with dealers outlets to ensure that they deliver on the marketing strategy with regard to produce availability, pricing and communication to the customer


• Provide consumer information and reports on brand performance, own and competitors activities in the retail environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Acute understanding of consumer behavior and insight, sales and force management


• Management of third party vendors, working knowledge of information and communication technology products in Swift Networks


• Support chain and Distribution Strategy, subscriber retention and churn management, advertising and media planning and placement

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
First degree with minimum of 2nd class honors, upper division, MBA an advantage, five years experience in selling ICT and/or FMCG products and services and computer literate.
