Job Purpose:

Job essential responsibilities:

Articulate,and implement a successful customer service job strategy.

Creat ITIL,ITSM aligned simple and effective tools,process and job performance measure for job service delivery.

Job knowledg,skills and experience:

Job candidate must possess:

8 to 10 years job experience on managerial roles.Understanding of SLA/OLA based work support and job delivery.

In-depth knowledge of ICT functions in Nigeria.
