PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC is a conglomerate and a world-class manufacturing of goods (FMCG) with many of PZ Cussons’ brands being category leaders. PZ Cussons seek to recruit ambitious, high performing young Engineering graduates into PZ Cussons’ Trainee Scheme.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB VACANCIES: The Trainee Scheme is to designed equip the participants with the technical skills needed to assume various engineering roles within the business.
Successful candidates will be equipped with skills to ensure efficient plant maintenance support for all engineering activities as well as the coordination of the site utilities necessary to ensure the provision of cooling/plant equipment maintenance for the production purposes in PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC.
PERIOD OF THE TRAINING IN PZ CUSSONS: This will be a six months intensive classroom training with possibility of deployment to some key functions of the business, at the end of the training, the successful candidates will be posted to PZ Cussons’ Aba sites, Abia state.
QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of second class upper division in an Engineering discipline


• A highly analytical mind, with the ability to learn quickly, confidence, poise, drive and problem-solving


• Ability to withstand stress and pressure, infrastructural, design and Engineering details and networking ability
