The Council, a multinational organization responsible for the conduct of a variety of Examinations in English speaking West Africa hereby invites job applications from suitable qualified nationals of the member countries to fill the undermentioned job positions at its Headquarters,located in Accra Ghana.

Job position:

DEPUTY DIRECTOR(HRM)

Job Qualifications and Experience:

This is a top management post with the rank of Deputy Registrar and called for seasoned persons not bellow 45 years of age but not more than 50 years with presentable rank record in Human Resource Management in reputable organizations

Job Qualification:

Job applicants must hold good University in Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences.

Have not less than fifteen years post qualification job experience.

Members in good standing, of relevant recognized professional bodies.

Computer literates.

Job Duties:

Formulation and implementation of personal policies of Council.

Job staff recruitment and training.

Supervision of professional job staff of the personnel department.

Servicing of the international appointments committee of Council.
