The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) now seeks to employ outstanding professionals and support personnel with suitable qualifications and skills into various positions. JOB POSITION: HEAD, COMMUNICATION

The head, communication will serve as chief Officer and spokesperson for the ICRC and report to the Director General. He/She will be primarily responsible for the effective management of the media and press corps on matters concerning the commission, and also creating awareness about ICRCs mandate amongst the public and key stakeholders, thus not only keeping them abreast of ICRC activities but proactively promoting of the ppp concept as a catalyst for national development.

JOB PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• A very good first degree from a reputable University, local or international, have at least 2 years successful and verifiable experience in communications management


• Should currently occupy a management office with team managerial responsibilities, show track a record of fruitful relationship with different media channels and agencies


• Able to develop and drive the internal and external communications of the Organization
