• SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DUTIES
The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) project manager will report the Executive Director, ppp Resource Centre and be directly responsible for specifically assigned ppp projects. The project manager will work on packaging various ppp infrastructure projects on behalf of relevant federal MDAS. In this capacity, they would work directly, specialist, project stakeholders, the MDSA, the CCC Division of ICRC among others in delivering on expected targets. The project manager will fit into senior, middle, and junior level

QUALIFICATIONS
2 years post qualification experience with a minimum of 1 year in a transaction or project management capacity, above average academic qualifications with proven, strong specialist in Economics; law, Engineering, management, consulting or other areas that mighty be considered relevant to the role

JOB DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The head information Technology is responsible for the development and deployment of IT strategy, infrastructure and IT solution delivery within the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), and liaises with stockholders with the view to recommending and implementing platforms (hardware and software) that suit the organizations, Technology needs. He/She reports to the Executive Director Support Services and must have:

• A good B.Sc in Computer Science or related field as well as IT related certificates


• A minimum of 2-3 years experience working with managerial responsibilities in a similar role of function


• Project management and change management skill, appreciation of the organization’s work processes with a strong appreciation of information systems can be used to support these processes, high competencies in Network Administration, Management and delivery
