JOBS REQUIREMENTS
- Recruiting, training, managing and staff appraisal at Innovative Solutions
- Planning and implementing strategies to achieve constant improvements in employee and visitor satisfaction Innovative Solutions Nigeria
- Keeping abreast of developments and competition in the industry, both internal and external, such as changes in legislation at Innovative Solutions Nigeria
- Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public at Innovative Solutions Nigeria
- Setting budgetary and financial strategies and project general park developments including ride design at Innovative Solutions
JOBS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, Leisure, Travel or Tourism Management, Hotel/Catering or Hospital Management, Engineering, Facilities and Hospital managements etc are required to work with Innovative Solutions Nigeria.
JOB DUTIES
Liaising with contractors, dealing with human resources and personnel, Understanding local community issues, Overseeing hotel accommodation and office Administration in Innovative Solutions.
