The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, a leading professional body in the financial body is looking for a proactive individual with integrity and proven leadership quantities to fill the role of HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES

VACANCY SPECIFICATION:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for human capital planning, staffing, career planning, training and development of the Human Resources in Chartered Institute of Bankers.

VACANCY QUALIFICATIONS:

• A first degree not below second class or equivalent in the Social Sciences or Humanities and/or Associate ship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers


• Membership of the Institute of personnel management of the nation will be an added advantage

VACANCY EXPERIENCE:
At least 2-3 years post qualification cognate experience in a Human Resources Development of an establishment and well managed corporate organization will be an advantage to work in Chartered Institute of Bankers.

AGE REQUIRED: Not more than 36 years by June 30, 2009
