• TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Access the technical capabilities of existing staff and develop series of in-house technical programs to improve the quality of the workforce in Golden Pasta


• Set up: administer/deliver technical training plans based on needs identified through consultation with the GM/D and operations Manager of Golden Pasta


• Coordinate the scheduling, delivery of other training plans in conjunction with the Human Resources Department, Coordinate and oversee, paying attention to the effectiveness, timeliness and quality such training in Golden Pasta

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• The candidate must have a good degree in Engineering Sciences with at least 2-3 years working experience in a process related industry


• A good organizer and conceptual thinker with knowledge of adult leaning concept is needed to work with Golden Pasta
